Belgian Waffle Strawberry Sundaes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 mL) sliced strawberries, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) granulated sugar
  • 4 frozen waffles
  • 4 scoops Breyers® Classic Vanilla, (about 500 mL)

Instructions

  1. Mash 125mL strawberries in a bowl; stir in sugar and remaining strawberries. Cover, let stand 30 minutes.
  2. Toast waffles in toaster or toaster oven until lightly browned. Place a waffle on dessert plate; top with Breyers® Classic Vanilla ice cream. Spoon strawberry mixture over ice cream. Serve immediately.
