Black and White Ice Cream Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 8 large soft baked sugar cookies, (3.5cm), divided
  • 4 small scoops Breyers® Creamery Style™ Natural Vanilla Ice Cream, (about 250 mL)
  • 4 small scoops Breyers® Classic Chocolate , (about 250 mL)
  • 1/2 cup sweetened whipped cream [or thawed frozen whipped topping]
  • 2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Place 1 scoop each Breyers® Creamery Style™ Natural Vanilla Ice Cream and Breyers® Classic Chocolate on bottom cookies, then gently press on remaining cookies, bottom-side-down.Top with whipped cream, then drizzle with chocolate syrup. Arrange ice cream sandwiches on a cookie sheet, cover and freeze 1 hour. Let stand 5 minutes before serving..
