Ingredients

  • 1 box (350 mL.) prepared pound cake
  • 1 container (1.66 L.) Breyers® Classic Maple Walnut or your favourite Breyers® Ice Cream
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line 12-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners; set aside. Trim off top of cake to flatten. Cut cake horizontally into 3 slices, then cut out 12 rounds using (5.5 cm) round cookie cutter or glass; arrange 1 cake round in each muffin cup.
  2. Scoop Breyers® Classic Maple Walnut onto cakes, then roll in sprinkles. Freeze 2 hours or until firm.
