Sweet 'n Salty PB Caramel Sundaes

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) caramel ice cream topping
  • 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) creamy peanut butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups (500 mL) Breyers® Creamery Style™ Natural Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 cup (250 mL) crushed pretzels
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Combine caramel ice cream topping, peanut butter and salt in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH 30 seconds. Stir well.
  2. Arrange half the bananas in 4 dessert dishes. Scoop 1/4 cup (60 mL) Breyers® Creamery Style™ Natural Vanilla Ice Cream into each dish. Drizzle each with 1/2 Tbsp. (7 mL) sauce. Sprinkle each with 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) pretzels. Repeat layers. Garnish with whipped cream.
