Frozen 'Cake' Pops

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 mL) Breyers® Birthday Blasts!
  • 1 cup (250 mL) ice cream topping that hardens
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) rainbow sprinkles or assortment of your favourite sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Scoop and shape 32 (1-tablespoon/15 mL) balls Breyers® Birthday Blasts! and arrange on baking sheet. Insert lollipop stick into each ball and freeze at least 2 hours.
  2. Pour ice cream topping into glass measuring cup. Dip frozen balls into ice cream topping, twirling to coat. Quickly decorate with sprinkles. Keep frozen until ready to serve.
