Ingredients

  • 4 cups (1 L) sliced strawberries
  • 2 tsp. (10 mL) sugar
  • 6 scoops Breyers® ½ the Fat Vanilla Light Ice Cream (about 3 cups/750 mL)
  • 6 mini angel food cakes
  • 2 cups (500 mL) frozen fat free whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. Combine strawberries with sugar in bowl; set aside.
  2. Scoop Breyers® ½ the Fat Vanilla Light Ice Cream onto cakes. Top with strawberries, then whipped topping.
