  • 4 slices (4 ) angel food cake, 1-inch thick
  • 1 cup (250 mL) Breyers® Creamery Style™ Natural Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) berry ice cream topping

Instructions

  1. Grill or toast angel food cake over medium-high heat in large nonstick skillet, turning once, until golden, about 2 minutes.
  2. Arrange 2 cake slices on 2 dessert plates. Evenly top with Breyers® Creamery Style™ Natural Vanilla Ice Cream and drizzle with berry ice cream topping. Top with remaining 2 cake slices.
